Comment:The reason my flag is symbol/icon to heritage is because of the koru because it represents a new beginning. The country of origin is New Zealand the fern shows that.

Center of Town
Te Kuiti
Walking down the main street I see a calm peaceful Chinese garden, I smell the flowers they smell sweet like honey, beautiful water features in there, hearing the water trickle softly, I leave the Chinese gardens and walk down the street. A large statue sits there making me feel small, children playing with their dog running, throwing balls and toys, playing tug of war.
I see shops with sun beaming through the windows, I inhale the smell of pastries and cakes. I hear adults laughing and joking about something that happened last week.

Wasted Space
In our school, we have wasted space next to our court and we need to do something about it to not waste it and use it efficiently. Me and my friend,Shonum are partnered up so we have been thinking about what to do with it. If you have any ideas or suggestions please leave comments.Maybe we could plant some vegetables to use in food tech or maybe we could plant some bright flowers.
